The village hall is an important part of village life.  It is the place where many local clubs meet and where the twice weekly Coffee Shop opens. It is an excellent venue which can be hired by villagers for parties, weddings or other special events to read about hiring the hall.   

The 200 club is so called because it is hoped to have a membership of at least 200.  It was formed in 1994 to raise funds for the continued improvement of the hall.  Those who subscribe - and the annual subscription per ticket for 2022 is 12£ - will have their names entered into a monthly draw for two prizes of 20£.  There is a bonus prize of 50£ in June and December.
